The controller does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Personal data are stored on the controller's IT systems located at its registered office.
The controller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks, protecting personal data against:

  • alteration or disclosure,
  • loss or destruction,
  • accidental damage,
  • becoming inaccessible due to technological changes.

12. Right to Lodge a Complaint or Seek Legal Remedy

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may bring the matter before a court. Proceedings fall within the jurisdiction of the competent regional court. At your choice, you may also initiate proceedings before the court competent for your place of residence or stay.
